Return Policy

We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to you making a purchase from our company, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your legal rights and remedies.

We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you to ensure you are completely satisfied, before delivery driver leaves.

As all your purchases made from us are custom order all made in a factory according to your order, if the colour, fabric, design and size are exactly as confirmed in your order, you are not able to return or refund the item. If there is a factory fault, in wrong colour, size or design that does not correspond to your order, only then you are eligible for an exchange of the item or full refund.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses which have been removed from their original packaging may not be returned. You may have a test feel of the mattress when its delivered and choose whether you want to take it or not. But it must be decided when the delivery driver is still there.
